Hi everyone, my spouse and I are hunkered down with 18 roles of toilet paper - hoping it holds out.
I read an article recently about hydration and realized that I am regularly under-hydrated. According to this article, you should drink roughly about half your weight in ounces. So if you weight 150 pounds then you should drink 75 ounces a day.
However, since having to go to the bathroom more, uses more toilet paper, I will have to hold off on my planned increase in water intake. I'll just keep on with my typical intake until this crisis begins to taper off. In the meantime, I'm praying for mostly clean, smooth, poops.
